We are very pleased and proud to announce that Mr Henri Dinger, from Broomwood Boys, has been named Dukes Staff Member of the Year, chosen from staff across all Dukes’ schools nationwide.
This annual award recognises sustained inspirational leadership across the Dukes family of schools. Henri’s contribution to Broomwood has been consistently strong, and this recognition reflects the impact he has on day-to-day school life.
During the presentation, Henri was described as:
“An exceptional teacher – there is nothing he doesn’t do. He is loved by the staff, boys and parents. Henri is professional, kind and compassionate – the best of the best.”
Henri is known for his thoughtful approach, his willingness to step in wherever needed, and the steady support he provides to both pupils and colleagues. Families value the care he shows the boys and the positive relationships he builds across the school.
As part of the wider Dukes community, it is excellent to see members of staff recognised for the difference they make in their schools. Henri’s award is a reflection not only of his hard work, but also of the respect and appreciation he has earned from those around him.
Henri brings the Broomwood values of passion, integrity, empathy and respect to life throughout the school, and this award acknowledges the impact of that.
Congratulations!
