Payment options:
- Termly – by direct debit or BACS transfer on the first day of the new term
- Monthly direct debit over a twelve-month period from September to August (with prior agreement)

Sibling Discount
A discount of 2% (fees only) will be applied to all first younger siblings of children already within Broomwood; 4% to a second, 16% to a third or subsequent sibling.

Registration Fees
Registration Fees (non-returnable) are £100 per child plus VAT (total £120). There is no fee to register for children moving from the Pre-Prep site to either of the Prep sites.
Deposit
On acceptance of a definite place at Broomwood, a non-returnable deposit of £2,750 is required. The deposit, less any additional charges incurred to date, will be refunded after the end of the term or academic year.
Clubs and afterschool care are provided at an additional cost.
Music Tuition
Individual instruction is charged by individual music teachers at a rate of £37 per 40-minute lesson at Broomwood Prep. There are usually 30 lessons per year. A charge will be made for the hire of a school instrument by arrangement with the Music department. If your child takes any music examinations, fees are added to that term’s bill. Please note that half a term’s notice is required if a pupil wishes to stop the lessons.
LAMDA Tuition
Individual instruction is charged directly by the individual LAMDA teachers. If your child takes any examinations, fees are added to that term’s bill.
Individual Learning Support
We recognise that there are times that any child may need some additional support and so targeted group support where needed is included in our fees. If we believe that a child needs more specific one-to-one support, such as with an occupational therapist, we are able to facilitate some specialist lessons on each site. These fees are dependent on the length and type of each specialist session.
After-School Clubs
There is a charge for clubs – typically around £140 per term, but it can be more where higher costs are involved (for example if external teachers or travel are involved).
Wrap Around Care
At Broomwood Prep-Prep we offer an early morning “waiters” service, from 7.45am. We work in partnership with Junior Adventures Group (JAGS) to offer Wrap Around Care after school until 6pm. All prices and specific timings are on their website. Parents who are interested in this service should register and book directly with Junior Adventures Group
School Insurance Schemes
Personal Accident Insurance is compulsory and is charged £3.55 on Termly Fees.
