We are delighted to share the news that former Broomwood pupil Harriet Auty has been appointed Head Girl at Woldingham School.

Harriet was part of the Broomwood community from Reception through to Year 8, and her appointment is a wonderful reflection of the many qualities we strive to nurture in our pupils. It is always a pleasure to see former pupils go on to take on leadership roles and make such a positive impact within their schools.

Reflecting on her time at Broomwood, Harriet shared:

“Broomwood is a school that holds such special memories for me. As I was at the school from age 4–13, it was a huge part of my childhood. Its community and wonderful teachers and staff made it such a safe and positive learning environment. The school pushed me to be creative, passionate and curious about life – qualities my current school, Woldingham, was looking for in their new team of young leaders.”

We are incredibly proud to see these qualities continuing to shine and wish Harriet every success in her role as Head Girl.

Our alumni community is an important and valued part of Broomwood, and we are always keen to stay connected and celebrate the achievements of our former pupils. As we begin to plan future events and opportunities to bring our alumni together, we warmly encourage all former pupils to join our alumni network.
