Former England rugby player Chris Ashton joined children and parents on the new astro at Broomwood Boys to deliver a bespoke training session for twenty of our lucky pupils. Chris, who is a record try scorer in Premiership Rugby, was visiting as part of a Dukes Club event. The children worked really hard and quickly saw the benefit of his support. After the training, Chris took part in a Q&A session, during which he told us about some of the highs and lows of his rugby career (and what it is like facing down the haka). We then settled in to watch the nerve- wracking England v Samoa game on the big screen in the dining room
